Siam IS NOT a dependency or colony of Carpathia, due to history, which will be detailed, it is a Carpathian Protectorate and we are responsible for its defence and security. It is a nation that will be based on late 19th century and early 20th century Siam and will be a traditional country and primarily isolationist in nature.
